LUNCH HOUR Referee Anthony Taylor reportedly offered his apologies to Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho after failing to award Cesc Fabregas a penalty against Southampton and awarding a yellow to Fabregas in the process. Mourinho slammed the decision during his post-match interviews and later claimed that there is a campaign against his club. According to reports Taylor apologised to Mourinho before the pair left St Marys on Sunday, which is deemed unusual, despite managers and referees being allowed to discuss decisions following a 30-minute cooling period after a match. Mourinho described Taylors decision as a big mistake. *Talking point - with Taylors apology coming to Fabregas, will that decision have serious consequence to Chelsea at the end of the season
