LYME COMMUNITY: THIS IS SERIOUS!!!! I AM BEYOND FURIOUS!!!!! THIS GOES AGAINST EVERYTHING WE ARE FIGHTING FOR!!!! I couldnt possibly be any more disgusted with some within the Lyme Community who are posting horrible things about FELLOW LYMIES!!!! I CANNOT even believe I am having to post this!!!! **FOREWARNING- IF ANYONE AT ALL POSTS ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT ANY FELLOW LYMIE ON MY PAGE IT WILL BE REPORTED- REMOVED AND I WILL POST PUBLICLY ON MY WALL YOUR NAME AND THAT YOU ARE BULLYING A FELLOW LYMIE(S).. ALSO I WILL REPORT YOU TO FB FOR BULLYING, SLANDERING AND VERBALLY ABUSING A CHRONICALLY ILL PERSON! ALSO, IF POSTED ON A GROUP I WILL REPORT YOU TO FB & THE GROUP ADMINS! IF THE ADMINS OF ANY GROUP THAT THIS TAKES PLACE ON DO NOT REMOVE SUCH POSTS IMMEDIATELY & THE ADMINS DO NOT ADDRESSED THE POST ON THE GEOUP PAGE APPROPRIATELY BY SAYING SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT LIKE,,,BULLYING OF FELLOW LYMIES IS NOT TOLERATED AND THE POST SHOULD BE IGNORED BY GROUP MEMBERS AS NOBODY KNOWS THE DETAILS OF OTHERS HEALTH OR LIFE SITUATION AND SUCH RUMORS SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED FOR WHAT THEY ARE- RUMORS.... IF The GROUP ADMIN/S DO NOT OR REFUSE TO REMOVE THE COMMENT AND FAIL TO ADRESS THE NEGATIVE POST REMOVED THE GROUP APPROPRIATELY THEN I WILL REPORT THE GROUP. Im so upset as I thought we were better than this!!! Its sad!!!!! I cannot believe it but I have seen several posts from too many people regarding 3 of my close Lyme friends JUDGING and saying cruel things that they do NOT & COULD NOT know for certain! HAVE WE LEARNED NOTHING? One recent and very horrible loss of another beautiful soul has been affected & hurt so badly by these cruel type of things being said about them that in addition to hardship and lack of support felt so hopeless they KILLED THEM SELF... TAKING THEIR LIFE in part due to LYMIES JUDGING OTHER LYMIES AND POSTING THESE THINGS ON PUBLIC FORUMS, PRIVATE FORUMS AND ON THEIR FB PAGES.... WORSE YET ONE SUCH PERSON IS AN LLMD!!! WHO I WILL BE REPORTING NOT ONLY TO LDUC BUT ALSO WILL BE REPORTING THIS LLMD TO THE APPROPRIATE MEDICAL AUTHORITIES DUE TO THIS DR POSTING NAMES OF PEOPLE THEREFORE LEGALLY BREACHING PATIENT PRIVACY RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW!!!! AND YES I WILL BE REPORTING THIS LYME LLMD TO FB!!! All I can think is WHY? Are some Lymies jealous that others are getting extra help that they are not... I cannot even find the words to express how WRONG this is on SO MANY LEVELS!! We of all people should know the damage this type of hurtful and mean treatment causes als most of us have endured this demeaning and cruel acts due to Drs, Other Medical Professionals & for many, not me re: MOST of my family and a few friends.. But I have had many abandon and hurt me bcus they dont understand.. And SO many Lymies have been abandoned by family and friends and weve all been SO DEEPLY HURT BY THIS !!!! Even TRAUMATIZED!!! Now some Lymies & ONE LLMD (DISGUSTING) are saying this person and that person apparently deserves to SUFFER and doesnt deserve help becus they maybe made bad financial decisions in the past... SO HAVE WE ALL, WHO HASNT!... or that this or that person is living high on the hog and asking for donations and are getting special help...REALLY!!!! THAT IS SICK!!!! IF A RANDOM LYMIE SAW MY HOME AND THAT WE DO HAVE NICE THINGS THEY COULD SAY THE SAME ABOUT ME! What they dont know is that we would have lost our home if not for family helping by buying our house and renting it to us for less than the payment they are making on it! Or that with 4 of us having Lyme 90% of our income is going to treatment plus family is helping pay for treatment! Should I not get my Daughter a Birthday present? Or our kids Christmas gifts? And Im scared to post what we got my youngest Daughter for her 7th Birthday this coming Sunday bcus its normally VERY expensive But whaf people dont know is that the person who sold it to us sold it at a very reduced price due to our situation and All 3 Sets of her Grandparents paid a lot toward it! So does that mean we dont still need help? HELL NO!!! We are very blessed to have help as I have often said with 4 of us being sick and due to complications of going untreated for so long we have to travel far for treatment as there are not many LLMDs in our area! And it is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!! I had a VERY good job up til 4+ yrs ago and had money in savings but WE ALL KNOW THIS IS A RICH MANS DISEASE!!!! Because we are blessed to have family to help, I am drive to try to help others not $$ wise usually but in any way I can!!! AND THE WORSE OF RUMORS THAT certain Lymie is an prescription drug addict and/or Need Psychiatric help!!!! OMG REALLY???? Who with chronic Lyme doesnt suffer terribly with pain? I was on VERY STRONG PAIN MEDICINES due to serious secondary diseases and severe damage cause by 25 yrs of being undiagnosed/misdiagnosed etc and I had to go off of them suddenly due to my primary Dr being suspended to write pain medications while I was in the hospital with Septic Shock.... AND AS AN EXAMPLE I RECENTLY WENT THRU MYSELF I KNOW JUST HOW DANGEROUS MANY PAIN MEDICATIONS LIKE MINE ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TO GO OFF OF OR STOPPED SUDDENLY. IN MY CASE I HAD BEEN ON A FENTANYL PATCH FOR 4 YRS AND WAS CUT OFF.... LIKE MY PAIN MEDICATION AND MANY OTHERS LIKE IT IS VERY DANGEROUS AND CAN BE FATAL IF STOPPED SUDDENLY IS LIFE THREATENING TO STOP TAKING THEM SUDDENLY... In my case the packaging says it all over the box they come in and the little packages theyre in say the above ALL OVER AND SAYS DANGER, WARNING.. SAME IS PRINTED IN THE MED INFORMATION SHEETS GIVEN BY PHARMACIES THEY SAY THE SAME!!! I was desperate to find a Dr to prescribe it and two mos later I still havent even though I dont need them just for pain caused by Lyme but for COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE MEDICAL CONDITIONS supported by MANY TESTS!!! that doesnt include the other class 3 pain med was on I was on due to severity of pain and SO MANY health conditions and diseases other than Lyme... I called all over, asked for help from other Lyme Friends.. But had NO CHOICE to stop them suddenly.. I went into severe and life threatening withdrawals, that of I had not been flown out with my husband and kids to my LLMD in California... I 100% honestly believe that I would have died from withdrawals if not for the help of my LLMDs there doing EVERYTHING they could for me!!!! It messed with my heart complications and disease, I was having TIAs every 25-27 seconds! (TIA- mini strokes, which I get occasionally but NEVER EVER like that!) My blood pressure and pulse was very scary! I was so weak I could barely walk 5 feet without my cane and help, and even 3 steps exhausted EVERY OUNCE OF ENERGY I HAD!!! I never imagined anyone could ever be THAT weak before I went into septic shock June 6th... DOES THAT MEAN IM AN ADDICT??!? HELL NO!!! But due to me being an out of State patient via California law per his license my LLMD couldnt prescribe anything stronger than a pain med used commonly for moderate pain! SO I lay her suffering in horrible pain!!! DO I DESERVE TO SUFFER LIKE THIS? HELL NO!! THESE ISSUES AND SIMILAR ARE WHY SO MANY PPL WITH LYME COMMIT SUICIDE!!!! Those of us with Lyme Disease know how bad the horrible pain & suffering Lyme Disease cause and MANY of us have additional health complications made worse by Lyme & Cos and terribly painful damage it causes systemically and neurologically!!!! NOT ONE PERSON WITH Lyme Disease HAS THE SAME EFFECTS, DAMAGE, & COMPLICATIONS AND REACTIONS TO TREATMENT!!! SHAME ON ANY LYMIE DOING THIS!!!! THAT IS SUCH AN UGLY AND DISGUSTING THING TO DO TO A FELLOW LYMIE!!! THIS IS THE SHIT WE ARE FIGHTING FOR AND HAVE BEEN FOR A LONG TIME SO THOSE WHO DONT HAVE LYME WILL NOT JUDGE US AND MAKE ASSUMPTIONS AND ACCUSATIONS THAT NONE OF US KNOWS THE DETAILS OF EACH OTHERS SITUATION OR SAY ANY ONE PERSON DOESNT DESERVE HELP!!!! I CANNOT EVEN BELIEVE I AM HAVING TO POST THIS!!!!!! IT MAKES ME SICK THAT ANYONE PART OF THE LYME COMMUNITY WOULD TEAR ANOTHER LYMIE DOWN LIKE THIS!!! IF YOU ARE PART OF THIS YOU NEED HELP!!!!!! AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!!!! IF YOU ARE A FRIEND OF MINE ASHAMED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH YOU AS WHAT YOU ARE DOING GOES AGAINST MY MORALS BELIEFS AND HURTS OTHERS SO TERRIBLY IT COULD INCEASE OUR AND SO KINDLY REMOVE YOURSELF AS MY FRIEND! OR I WILL!! I FEEL I CAN SAFELY ASSUME THAT A FEW OF MY CLOSEST LYME FRIENDS AGEEE!!! IF NOT U CAN DELETE MY TAG OF THIS!!!!!
