La Rosa Blanca La Rosa Blanca is building community, locally, globally even internally. The projects we support are the La Esperanza schools in Tijuana, the cultural programs of the Americas Foundation Fundacion de las Americas and the nascent departments of the Marucana University in Tijuana. La Rosa Blanca is not just the ends, its the means. Our goal is to connect people in a positive, inspiring way. You can be part of La Rosa Blanca.
