Labelling foods as healthy and unhealthy has the potential to affect your progress as it doesnt consider context. Take nuts and olive oil as examples, both are a great source of fat but also incredibly calorie dense. Considering that calories are one of the major determinants of whether you lose fat or gain it, eating lots of nuts and oil and consequently lots of calories, has the potential to affect your progress despite being considered healthy. Some of our clients count their calories/macronutrients and some dont but one thing we make sure of is that all of our clients are AWARE that you cannot just eat unlimited healthy food and that context and serving size need to be considered. ~ Harry
