Lacy is home!!! I was shopping at Walmart and in the chk out when I got the call from the Melvins that they had caught her in their homemade trap. I rushed there and they were concerned w how aggressive she was acting. I went over to talk to her and she came right to me for ear rubs and kisses. After a bit, I moved into the 10x10 trap and she got curled up w me. I picked 50+ ticks off of her and fed her hotdogs. She got right in my truck and whined like crazy when I pulled up to our house. Our boxer came out and they had an emotional kiss filled reunion. She wanted to go inside so we gave her a bath and tried to walk her around but she just wanted inside. She has been so excited to be home, tail wagging and loving the affection from all of us. Its like she never left! Amazing. Nothing short of amazing. The Melvins are gifts from God for all their patience. They fed her, kept me updated and tried to catch her for two months. It all paid off and Ill never be able to pay them back!!
