Ladies, Here is another question from one of our fans. Please Help!! Has anyone else dealt with a high level or anxiety and or depression during their pregnancy? And what did they do to help it? Im 18 weeks almost 19 and for about a month or so have dealt heavily with anxiety and depression. I have heart palpitations and chest pains and I get dizzy spells along with it. Im miserable most days and can cry or sleep all day with no effort. Just looking to get some advice. This is my second pregnancy and with my first I didnt have any of these symptoms. I have a stable job and am stable in my marriage also. Help!!
