Ladies & Ladies; This morning, i clearly recognized that, the best investment that im doing in this life is doing regularly work out; any kind is welcome; mostly outdoor or on my own at home, there are plenty of super trainings in youtube about any exercise type. But what changed my life is running. I was a very busy minded person, my mind always was running around, and it was so hard to focus on the NOW. Since i started to RUN, but not with the mind, with my wonderful body, my mind stays quiet, peaceful and compassionate. Since childhood i always had alimentation problems, i was a very fat kid, obsessed with food. This always gave me the not good enough feeling, i was always out of any game, alone and hopeless... Becoming a young girl, even not aware of my femininity till the ends of 20 years, i had all extreme alimentation disorders. It was easy to jump from an extreme to another... Then, i came to a point that i was not able to play the game with the old school rules; excuses, obsessions, blah blah blah... Cos the game has changed, and the rules were meaningless... I was meant to work on getting deeper and deeper in every corner of the life, spirit, body and mind. I recognized that we are like fish afraid of water... When we are born we are able to swim; then little by little we are filled by any negative feeling that makes us forget our essence, our perfect structure. In 7th of July 2014, i turned into 30. My life changed in an extraordinary way in the last one year, i had to accept the (r)evolution to take one more step on the way that goes to my dreams. I recognized that i was wishing to win the lottery without even buying a lottery ticket... Taking the risk, listening ONLY the Little Prince that lives in my heart showed me what is the real value in life. Within the last year, i recognized that there is no right or wrong, there is no good or bad; all the decisions are correct, and life is a road, as stronger we become, we face with harder exams, as higher we ascend we should be able to take the risk of falling down deeper... The darkest moment of the day is right before the sunrise. All the problems come with solutions and all what is happening in our life is just another experience more for us... So, what? I choose to celebrate every single moment. I am proud of myself... (and good that ive started to write again :p should i open a blog?!!; may be, why not, ok then, bye!) This is my life motto; the road map of my life, of my little planet named: Planet Funshine I create this planet with my pure and endless beauty. In Planet Funshine, every breath we take, we feel the nature inside us. Every single morning, we wake up with birds singing and dancing. Our laughs and giggles are the unchanged melody of this planet. We have all the colors around and inside us. We have the right to express them totally free, independent, and in a complete harmony. In Planet Funshine, the rivers flow with passion, and the mountains blow compassion. We share our hope and knowledge with young generations, and our children grow up in a peaceful, brave environment; that every single one of them is satisfied and conscious of their talents. We respect our elderly, we treasure their experience.
