I know this sub-genre of nightlife is all very silly and beyond ridiculous; however, I’ve always found that is a wildly fun topic. Nights like this bring forth the grandeur and spectacle of excess. Tonight, the seductive siren call of the unnecessary will ring throughout our little college town. Celebrations are what we most often remember when we catalog our lives, so why not inject our happiest moments with steroids ands see what social-event Frankenstein we can conjure. This event is going to echo in a new generation of social enormity in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Soon our mini-pitchers shall be plated in 24k gold and swarovski crystals, our patron shots with be served by trained baby seals in full Armani tuxedos, and of course each and every VIP card will be engraved with a dizzying amount of Cartier diamonds. We at Scorekeepers have prayed unrelentingly at the altar of Dionysus and it is quite clear the wine-god of yesteryear has smiled upon us with a bountiful harvest of absurdity for years to come. All who come to pass through Skeeps tonight, you are the Christopher Columbuses of Excess, the Lewis and Clarks of More, and collectively, the Roman Empire of Joy.
