Ladies now is the time to get right if you want to be summertime fine! These are a few routines I do while working out. I always try to incorporate squats in every routine I do to keep my stomach and legs right and tight! You can try these at home or anywhere you are there are no rules to where you can workout! 1. Punch combination with a Squat 2. Right & Left sidekick 3. Squats 4.Squat Jumps 5. Burpees
