The Lady Comets begin j. v. action with Bass serving a 13-0 advantage before possession passed to Fulton County. The Lady Pilots serve 2 points from A. G. Grissom, then Martin served a 17-3 lead for Carlisle. Fulton County added 2 serves from Ward but Hopper served Carlisle a 21-6 victory. The Lady Pilots took a 1-0 lead in the 2nd set as A. G. Grissom served, then Deweese served a 4-1 lead for Carlisle. Ward served to give Fulton County a 5-4 lead but Carrico serves an 8-5 lead for Carlisle. The Lady Pilots grab possession points, while Powell and Draper bring Carlisle’s advantage to 13-8. Fulton County gets a serve from A. G. Grissom to cut the score to 14-11, then Deweese served up 6 points to give the Lady Comets a 21-11 victory. In varsity action, Canler and Bass served a 12-2 lead for Carlisle, while Stafford and Mathews served points for the Lady Pilots to 12-4. Carlisle picked up possession and Case served a 17-4 lead, followed by Riley, Deweese and Martin serving a 25-7 victory. Possession points start the 2nd set, then Mathews served a 2-1 lead for Fulton County. Carlisle took an 8-4 lead as Bass, Riley and Case served, then the Lady Pilots took possession again. Carlisle gotr the ball again and Deweese served a 20-5 advantage, then poor serving brought the score to 22-8. Carlisle took the ball and Bass served a 25-8 victory. Set number 3 starts with Bass serving a 5-1 lead for Carlisle, then Mathews served to cut the score to 5-4. Case served a 7-4 lead for Carlisle, Rash gives the Lady Pilots a 7-6 score, then Riley served a 12-6 lead for Carlisle. Fulton County cut the score to 12-8 as A. G. Grissom served, then Deweese adds 3 serves for a 16-8 Carlisle advantage. Possessopns lead to a 17-10 score, then Canler served a 22-10 lead for Carlisle. The Lady Pilots weren’t done, as Stafford served to cut the score to 22-13. Bass served a 24-13 lead for Carlisle, then possessions ended the game, giving the Lady Comets a 25-14 victory.
