Please read the entire article if you are a parent or involved in the care of children. Please make sure the child knows and understands the safety rules. Dont let anyone in the house if your parent is not there. Dont get into anyones car. Dont go near a car if strangers are in the car. Dont stop to speak with a stranger on the side walk or parking lot. If someone appears to need help - call the police and let them handle it. Im sure you have many more rules to add of your own. Im concerned about the teen ager more so than a small child. Teenagers are given more freedom.
