Lady Gaga receives a phone call while shes dancing at a club. Its Adam Levine at a payphone somewhere. He must have been mugged and lost his cellphone because who uses a payphone these days? So he tries to call his ex-girlfriend, Lady Gaga, and tries to remind her of all the good days so that shed put him up for the night. Except, unfortunately for Adam and his last bit of change, Lady Gaga, as stated above, is at a party and she can barely hear what hes saying. At some point, Adams ploy to just get some place to crash for the night turns genuine, reminiscing about what they used to have. He pours out his heart out but Lady Gaga just cant hear a word and frankly, she just wants him to hang up so she can get back to dancing. Meanwhile, Carly Rae Jepsen is in the same club Lady Gaga is in, and is sick and tired of all these fanboys trying to get her number. So she comes up with this ingenuous plan. She sees Lady Gaga on a phone trying to get the other party to hang up, decides that they could help each other fend off unwanted attention, and pretends to hit on Lady Gaga. Because, if shes a lesbian, whats the point of getting her number, right? But now Lady Gaga is just caught in between these two conversations getting confused, telling Carly to hang up and telling Adam shes not interested in his number, and all she wants to do is to dance. Adam is still imploring her to take her back, and Carly Rae just looks desperate, trying to get her to play along. Lady Gaga grows exasperated. But finally Adams change runs out and the payphone cuts him off. And Lady Gaga, still ignorant of Adams lingering feelings for her, just feels exhausted and annoyed, but shes determined to keep dancing and save what she has left of the night. THE END.
