Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez (Let the Good Times Roll)- We had a great time this evening serving some wonderful folks. Fresh Made Gumbo, and a Crawfish Boil!!!! We are a little early for Mardi Gras, but it is never too early for Fresh Made Food. We have decided that our NEXT Special Event will be Tuesday February 17th (Mardi Gras)! Look for an Oyster Pairing (Grilled and Raw) with Selected Beverages.
