Lake Menu... Sunday night - ribeyes, corn on the cob and green beans from the garden Monday morning - toast and fruit (cantaloupe and cherries) Monday lunch - pulled pork sammies with chips and pickled veggies, olive salad Monday night - pork chops, sauteed greens, beet salad with bleu cheese & balsamic glaze Tuesday morning - toast, bacon and fruit Tuesday lunch - steak salad (ribeye leftovers, beet leftovers, avocado, shaved parmesan, red onion, olives, roasted red peppers) Tuesday night - grilled shrimp with angel hair pasta, tomatoes, basil, garlic and lemon juice. Wednesday morning - coffee, peaches and bloody mary Wednesday lunch - nosh - smoked oysters, assorted cheeses, crackers, fruit. Wednesday night - grilled chicken, tabbouleh, grilled zucchini and peaches Thursday morning - BLET (Bacon, Lettuce, Egg & Tomato sammies).
