Lamb Cake 2 boxes of cake mix (any flavor) miniature marshmallows can of white icing can of chocolate icing Candies for face - I used 2 Jr. Mints for eyes, a sour berry for the nose, and cut the bottom part off a cinnamon lip for the mouth, but use your imagination and see what you come up with! glass pyrex bowl for baking the body (could use a metal bowl) cupcake tins piping bag with a star tip toothpicks Mix cake mixes according to directions. Spray the inside of your pyrex (or metal) bowl with cooking spray and add one of the cake mixes. Spray the cupcake tin with cooking spray and with the other cake mix, make cupcakes without liners. Bake according to instructions on the box for the cupcakes. The bowl will need to bake at a slightly lower temperature for longer, so that the middle is cooked without burning the edges. Just keep checking with a toothpick until it comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes and then transfer to a baking rack to continue cooling. The fun part! Decorating! Once your cakes have completely cooled, place the bowl cake flat side down on your serving tray. Cover generously with white icing. Next completely cover two cupcakes with white icing and place them where the feet belong. Cut one more cupcake in half, completely cover with white icing and using toothpicks, secure them where the ears belong. Using your piping bag, pipe a triangular face in the middle of the cake, half of each foot cupcake and the inside of each ear with chocolate icing. Now coat all of the white areas with miniature marshmallows and finish off the face with your candies! Now ice the rest of your leftover cupcakes with the leftover icing and youve got some extra treats for lunches etc. Super easy and really cute!
