A hook through her face, 4 bullets in her head, her guts torn open and her tail cut off, before being left to drown. And all for the crime of living and swimming in her natural habitat, which happens to be close to an area where humans like to play. The arrogance of this act is sickening. The oceans are NOT our natural habitat, and our desire for recreation and fun should NEVER come before these creatures rights to exist. This shark, indeed every living creature on this planet has as much right to survive and thrive as humans do. If you choose to step foot in the ocean, YOU accept the risk (as minuscule as it is) that you may be injured or killed. If you cannot accept that risk, then stay the hell out of their water. Happy Australia Day Western Australia. This act shames us all.
