Lance is a 10-year-old gent who entered the shelter system with his friend, Linda (already SAFE), back on 1/17. These dogs were given a 72-hour stray hold, but anyone who thinks that Lance and Linda are honest to goodness strays, needs to have their meds adjusted. Lance is someones pet, and why that someone decided to kick Lance to the curb is unknown. We do know that he is a good dog, a scared dog, and a dog who will die in a few short hours without our help. He has a great SAFER, but does not like his paw squeezed, so he has earned a New Hope only rating. There is no reason why Lance should die at the hands of indifferent municipal workers, when he would make a perfect companion for someone. Please advocate vigorously for Lance, right now!
