In the new round robin format where teams play games of two twenty minutes halves the EDFL split the day.An early win over Ongerup was a good start with Ben Main getting on the scoreboard. The second game against Mortlock proved to be a day of missed opportunities however as the scoreboard below suggests. No Hawks featured on the scoreboard or in the bets players but there was one notable inclusion on the team list. One P Leader of the Mafia Cowan is at Country Week contributing as always. Match One Ongerup 2-6 18 EDFL 4-8 32 Goal; B.Main Match Two Mortlock 8-5 53 EDFL 3-11 29 Today the lads take on Central Midlands Coastal in the early game then play competition heavyweights Peel at 4pm. Still an outside shot for the final the boys have a big day ahead of them. We will release results as they come to hand here at Hawks HQ.
