Presently they have some requirements for the positions mentioned below: (1) Junior Trainers /Instructors (Classroom- Muscat Based Jobs) : Electrical / Production / Instrumentation / Mechanical / HSE The above positions require Technical trainers with excellent communication and training skills. The applicant should be able to develop course materials and impart training solutions to meet both theoretical & practical training in their field of expertise. Candidate should have the following qualification & experience: Degree/Diploma in any one of the above discipline. Min 10 years Industry experience in Oil & Gas Trainer qualification experience in providing training/instructional role Experience in developing training course materials and presenting training both theoretical & practical training. Able to motivate and lead trainees Good I.T skills & Fluent in written and spoken English Excellent communication skills with class room dynamics The age limit of the candidates should be between 40-60 years. Total take home salary of Rial 1000/- Basic salary*:Rial 750/- (Omani Riyals seven hundred fifty only) per month. Accommodation: Furnished apartment will be provided by the company. Utilities*:Rial 50/- (Omani Riyals fifty only) per month. Transport Allowance*:Rial 25/- (Omani Riyals twenty five only) per month Special Allowance* :Rial 175/- (Omani Riyals one hundred seventy five only). OTHER BENEFITS Status: Family Location: Coast - PDO Training Centre Working Hours: From Saturday to Wednesday Leave cycle:30 calendar days paid leave after completion of 11 working months. Passage: An economy excursion class ticket for yourself and your family (wife and 2 children up to the age of 18, if any) up to designated destination, confirmed on joining date at the time of joining, annual leave and end of service. Job Title : On Job Trainer Location of Work : Interior Oman Take home pay : RO 1000/- per month (Omani Rials One Thousand p.m) Accommodation : Single room accommodation with 3 meals & Laundry Leave cycle : 29 days paid leave after completion of 62 continuous working days. Work Timings : Saturday to Friday, 70 hrs per week Ticket : An Economy class air ticket at the time of joining, periodical leave and end of service. Medical : Company provided Group life insurance: provided by the Company Gratuity : as per the Oman Labour Law Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in the respective Field; 10 years minimum experience in oil and Gas industry; Good Teaching background. Good communication skills. Able to develop course materials etc. (3) Technical Trainers as: 1. A/c & Refrigeration Instructor 2. Electrical Instructor 3. Plumbing Instructor 4. Mechanical Fitter-Instructor 5. Instrumentation 6. Fabrication (Metal sheet) Instructor 7. Scaffolding Instructor 8. EOT/crane operator-Instructor 9. Welding Instructor 10. Rigging Instructor 11. NDT Instructor The candidates MUST have a Degree / Diploma in the respective trade with 5 years of teaching experience and min. 3-4 yrs of industry experience. The candidate should also be able to communicate well in English. Total salary package is Oman Riyal 750 per month inclusive of Accommodation and transport.
