Last April, two people blocked a shipment of coal to the Brayton Point power station in Massachusetts, using just a lobster boat. Today they were supposed to go to trial -- but the Attorney who was to prosecute them dropped ALL the charges, citing the need for immediate, direct action to stop climate change. Heres District Attorney Sam Sutter holding up Bill McKibbens article in Rolling Stone after the trial as he explains why he dropped the charges and is going to the Peoples Climate March this month.
