Last Saturday, 18 January 2014, due to the continuous rain and cold weather brought about by the typhoon Agaton, I was so deprived to go out for brisk walking around the MOPAC ground. So, I found an alternative way which was to climb our stairyway upstairs. By slow pacing I did go up and down for 25 minutes and 27 seconds on my phone timer. It was all that I afford to exert my effort in the exercise. On my jacket, I felt warm and sweating as I thought was enough to burn cholesterol as my doctor can not prescribe me any anti-cholesterol meds that can cause disturbance to my nervous system. On the following day, 19th Jan, I started to feel joint and muscle pains, and weakening of both to climb up the stairs. Then on the 20th Jan, I needed the help of my yaya (housemaid) to climb up and I my muscles on both arms aches due to exertion just to get to the top staircase. Then, I reported to my doctor thru SMS and he recommended me Norgesic Forte 1 tab 3x a day. He even included Neurobion 2000 could be best to supplement the medication. When yaya came at about 10:00 a.m. on that same day with the meds from the pharmacy, I took it right away as the 1st dose, then at 5:00 p.m. as the second dose then 12:00 midnight as the 3rd dose. Good news that at 6:00 a.m. of 21st Jan I could manage it myself way up and down the stairs. Though, the pains had lessen. Though, supplementation of Neurobion 2000 1tab 2x a day was continued and I reported this to my doctor by SMS until he texted me last night, 27th Jan at about 10:00 p.m. to discontinue taking Neurobion 2000. Today, 28th Jan, I felt improvement in my nerves. As based on my record book to monitor Blood Pressure daily, I noticed that upon waking up the digital gadget registered normal rate. Because my problem is centered on the NERVOUS SYSTEM, I have to monitor my BP every now and then. I am happy today and thankful to God that all recorded BP rates up to now turn to be normal. On my own understanding, the OMERPRAZOLE has caused abnormal functioning of my nerves from head, around the body, and to the tips of my fingers in the hands and feet. I really something different today. I hope and pray the medication has done reparation on the damages caused by OMEPRAZOLE. On the other hand, I am also taking anti-oxidant which is a Purple Corn of Trenz Purple Networx, a food supplement that my girl friend of Davao City gave me during her visit last December 30, 2013. It was pure liquid purple corn in a 1 liter bottle. She went home to Davao City on January 3, 2014. Then, on the 17th Jan, she sent another 1 liter bottle thru LBC.
