Last Saturday we had a great Ministry Meeting before our Pig Roast. We talked about Epiphany’s past, present and future. Part of our future plans may be to call a second minister – either a pastor or a staff minister. We enjoyed some wonderful discussion talking about what kind of ministry this second minister might do – inreach to our WLS and SLHS families, outreach to our WLS and SLHS families, Hispanic outreach, etc. In the invitation to the Pig Roast, we mentioned that we had a goal of raising $6000. This money will be set aside so that we have a start on calling a second minister, if God so allows it. We have raised approximately $2557 last Saturday and another $900 on Sunday. If you would like to donate toward our future ministry, you can put cash or a check in an envelope marked “Second Minister.” Then place that envelope in the offering plate the next two Sundays. May God continue to bless our present and future ministry plans!
