Last September I started posting vids of my workouts so I could get some good constructive comments, recommendations from you guys & girls. I when I found out I was getting views for around the world I thought this was a chance to spread the message, so I created the fit4anybody webs site and facebook page to start promoting the youtube channel, this is still a work in progress as there is a lot to learn but over this week I have been watching the view stats creep up and over night I hit the 50,000+ views & 199 subscribers. The Favourite workouts seem to be T25 Alpha Cardio and Total Body Circuit, Gamma Riptd circuit is also starting to make an impression. I think the key for these is none or minimal equipment and a short time span, so Im possibly changing my upcoming schedule to accommodate this, I was looking at insanity which is great but thinking of the workout times I may push this back to October time and add in Max30 which I can use to show a new workout I have not done before at a stage where having completed a strength program I can move to a more cardio program and use the vids to map my progress.
