Last Sunday we were at sea. As I was talking to my friend a ten year old girl throw on the floor an ice cream wrapper when there was a bin two feet away. My friend gladly asked her to pick up the paper and throw it in the bin as she must have dropped it. Unbelievable we were told off by her mother, swearing at us and starting to throw rubbish about just to spite us telling us we can now pick it up ourselves, calling us all sorts of names etc , etc. Every one staring and could not believe their eyes. No way we still are uncivilized, if we educate our children in this way. Their should be big fines for anyone who litters.
