Last bike session today before race. As its taper week we want to keep intensity high but volume low so I will be using Tabata. Warm up 10 minutes easy, including 3 builds to higher pace. Followed by 2 sets of 8 reps max effort sprints with over gear for 20 seconds with 10 seconds recovery. After first set ride easy for four minutes before repeating. After second set follow up with 10 minutes tempo into 5 minutes recovery. Stretch and refuel. Enjoy
