Last day at Tops cus they hired me under false pretenses !!! They knew I could only work Sat OR Sun . After 2 weeks they tried to schedule me Sat & Sun I said NO !!! They pulled me in the office & said sat & Sun were mandatory , so I took my hat off & said this job is not for me !!!! I made myself VERY clear to the manager in my interview , in the orientation , the manager in my dept !!!! Now they want me to write a letter of resignation , my friend is saying they r just covering their butts . So I think I will NOT do it . Let them write me a letter of why the hired me ,knowing my availability then telling me it is mandatory !!!! What do u think ? Feed back please .
