Last day of #meatlessMarch!!! I made it (barely) lol. But...starting tomorrow I will be on a new mission! April 1st I will extend eating meatless (until Lent) but I will incorporate seafood and I will be excluding white flour and pastas. I will aim to exercise at least 30-60 mins a day 3 times a week. My goal: 20 by September, thats about 1 pound a week. Sooooo......heres to healthy eating and living!!!! bye-bye #meatlessMarch hello #healthyApril!!!!
