Last full day,not sure what to say, Not easy to keep emotions at bay, Last long ride,how quickly its gone, The Pacific Pedallers have remained as one, Left Huntington Beach,a white sand delight, Sadly the end now nearly in sight, But ,fear not,your intrepid crew, With laughs and smiles will see this through! Californian Sun was beating strong, We need to make this day last long, Newport and Laguna,great beaches never end, an image of the beauty is difficult to send, At San Clemente some late lunch we had, Sat in some comfy Mexican Pad, Fajitas and beer once again, Then back to the Californian fast lane, To Campland Site in Mission Bay, Is tonight,where we will stay, Done more than intended,a good 93, Take away garlic bread and Pizza for tea, Last day tomorrow,only 30 to do, The epilogue of your Pedaller crew, Buzzards and eagles,many different places, Redwoods and bridges and many new faces, Up hills and downhills,rivers and lakes, Enjoy every moment,thats all it takes , Seals and whales,cliffs and steep drops, A couple of scrapes with the local cops, Splendid cities and one horse towns, Rich and poor and hobos and clowns! All of these things are the sum of the parts, That leave great impressions on our hearts, Mexican border now only hours away, Wed love you to be there to share our last day, So goodnight and God bless to one and all, In the morning well give you the final call xxx
