Last heavy training day before the meet, deadlifts. Very inconsistent today with back tightness. Missed 2 pulls today, one being a new all time PR and had several ugly pulls due to poor back setup. Next cycle I will have to pay more attention to setting and growing my upper back. New PR non the less, time to recover.
