Last night Arian Anthony, a young husband and father and a member - TopicsExpress

Last night Arian Anthony, a young husband and father and a member of the family at West Fayetteville, lost his battle with liver cancer. He was, as our preacher Stan would say, "a good man". He tried to do what was right. He was a beloved husband and father, as well as a spiritual brother and friend to all of us at West Fayetteville. We are sad to have lost Arian from our lives but rejoice that he found Christ, had an obedient faith, and has a hope of Heaven! 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 MKJV (13) But I would not have you ignorant, brothers, concerning those who are asleep, that you be not grieved, even as others who have no hope. (14) For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will also bring with Him all those who have fallen asleep through Jesus. Romans 5:1-2 MKJV (1) Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. (2) Through Him we also have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice on the hope of the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 15:53-55 MKJV (53) For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. (54) But when this corruptible shall put on incorruption, and when this mortal shall put on immortality, then will take place the word that is written, "Death is swallowed up in victory. (55) O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?" 1 John 5:4-5 MKJV (4) For everything that has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith. (5) Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
