Last night, I decided to play around on Ancestry and decided to check out my name. Mind you, I do have a VERY unusual name, on FB I use my maiden name, but even with my married name, which is what I used to search with, truly believing that there was NO WAY anyone would have my complete name and that if I did find anything, it would be solely related to me. Therefore, I type in my first, middle and last name...looking in newspapers and periodicals. To my surprise, I see items. Mind you, I have had items published in my local paper. But, the items I find are not here in Florida, but in Mansfield, Ohio (place of my mystery Uncle). But, here is yet another tickler.....the years were in 1950s!! I wasnt even born. But, YES, there was and maybe still is, a woman named Venus _____ _______!!!! Exactly how I spell mine!!!! She is divorcing her husband and having custody issues. What is the likely of two people having the same unusual name along with the same married name? I am still in awe of this.
