Last night I finished The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. I gotta say, all thr way through it was just excellent. Loads of fun, great puzzles, gorgeous graphics and animations. The world and atmosphere were super cool and it felt like a modern twist on the old classic style. I loved the story, and the final boss fight was SO fun and intense! Good stuff! Now, on to the gift I got from Laura for Christmas: Ocarina of Time on the 3DS!! Ive been playing for a couple hours, just cleared the Deku Tree and am in Hyrule Castle Town. The attention to detail and beautification theyve done to the game after all these years is wonderful. Seeing all the places in high res textures and updated models is great, and the sense of nostalgia is almost overwhelming. I cant wait for Majoras Mask, and I think sometime soon Id like to replay either Windwaker, or Skyward Sword. OR Twilight Princess since I tend to hold that as my absolute least favourite Zelda game (which I understand is some peoples favourite, and Im willing to try and get pass my own bias and try again. This time on Gamecube instead of Wii) So, yeah, I just love the Zelda series.
