Last night I had a wonderful time sharing stories from my work on peacemaking in Israel / Palestine and between Muslims and Christians. I met someone lurking on the edge, not from the main group. They seemed miffed from the premise of my work before they even heard anything. Even said this to my face--I dont know whether to laugh or cry, seeming to challenge the premise that peace making or bridge building is even possible. It disturbed me for the feeling of arrogance and patronizing--something like wake up kid. Dont be naive. So, Im borrowing from a blogger I like to read. Its an attitude policy now for me. Please stay positive with your comments. If your comment is rude, it gets deleted. If it is critical, please make it constructive. If you are constantly negative or a general ass, troll, or hater, you will get banned. The definition of terms is left solely up to us.
