Last night: Treadmill- Run 1.1 miles above 6 mph Squat 115 Bench 80 Row 100 350/1000 Im liking the gradual increase in weights, and wanting to apply that to my weaknesses in running, so Im upping the distance at 6 mph .1 miles per workout until I get to 5 miles, then going back and doing it again at a faster pace. This morning: Rounds of 20-18-16 of Kettlebell floor to overhead. Kettlebell thrusters Burpees Running up and down a flight of stairs. Finished with a reverse bear crawl up the stairs.
