Last night after leaving the Varsity Football game in Niles..I was bummed the Bears lost. and so on my way home I stopped at a gas station to grab something..anything.. so I got one of those super sized individually packaged pickles.. I got back on the road and began meandering through a lot of construction.. My mind was pondering, I started praying talking to God and biting away on this kosher pickle.. I noticed the amount of juice varied with each bite and was strong to my pallet as I was trying to drive and maneuver through this wallop of a pickle.. suddenly driving down winding curves past warning cones I went to swallow and pickle juice went down my wind pipe and I fought to take a breath but then the piece of pickle in my mouth shot back with my breath I then forced out a noise to expel the pickle and clear my airway..I thought oh my Lord I could have died!!! My heart was beating so fast and so glad my device didnt trigger.. I thank God I was able to do it and keep driving! ... I began coughing and a thought came to me.. If I had went off the road and crashed and died they would have found it wasnt from the accident or from my heart but from choking on a PICKLE! I was gonna throw it out the window but was worried some poor hungry critter would find it and choke on the juice from it.. I think it should be illegal to eat pickles and drive.. Be warned my friends.. be warned.. :)
