Last night around 6pm my wife was putting her groceries away at the local Safeway parking lot, when she heard what sounded like some teenagers screaming. Turns out it was a lady getting robbed as she also was putting her groceries away. The man followed her as she exit to her car, then proceeded to rob her. He hit her and ripped her chain off her and ran off. Some guys saw this and chased after the guy, he got away but not without then getting his license plate. Always be aware of your surroundings, especially in the dark of night.
