Last night, at about 10:15 pm, the driver of a 2004 Freightliner failed to negotiate a curve about 5 miles south of SD 47 and SD 49 in Lyman County. The semi tractor-trailer left the road and rolled onto its side in the ditch. The driver was not wearing his seat belt and was injured. The SD Highway Patrol is investigating. The Lyman County Sheriffs Department and the Chamberlain Ambulance assisted.
