Last night the first successful drive hunt of the season happened. A large pod of Risso Dolphins has been caught and brutally slaughtered for the coast of Japan, for their meat (which contains mercury and is therefore toxic for humans). And depending on what you call lucky but some lives will be spared - a lucky few will live and perform tricks the rest of their lives in marine parks. In over a dozen countries marine parks are banned, and in several dolphins have human rights for non humans because dolphins are smarter than humans, they live in a close social structures, and they feel pain, emotion and compassion. Imagine a group of hunters coming into your home; taking all of your family members - your kids, parents, brothers and sisters and uncles and aunts, and seeing them get brutally killed right in front of you. This is what happened last night to family in Japan... Dont visit marine parks!!
