Last night training was very good. We started with a jog around the football field followed by the opening salutation we then did 3 set of 10 push-ups followed by hamstring stretches ,lunges back to press ups followed by sit ups then knee lifts then we put a marker on the field about 20 feet away and each person in turn sprinted to the marker 4 times then added front rolls side roll diving roll and again sprinting back to the beginning .i then got the students to run 2 laps around the field back again and do 10more press ups. We then focused on sanshin no kata I demonstrated each form earth water fire wind and void with and without a uke then got each student to practice on both Hidari and migi left and right we later followed up by practing omote gay ku. And ura gay ku. Outward reversal and inward reversal from the kihon happo overall and excellent class promoted Michelle Murray up to 9kyu well deserved
