Last nights workout in detail 5/4/2014 Shoulders/Traps 4x15 Military Press with 90 lbs/4x15 Side Lateral Raise with 15 lb dumbbells. Did a set of each and took a break x 4 4x15 Front Raise with 20 lb Dumbbells alternating 4x15 Shoulder Shrug with 155 lb Bar/4x15 Upright Row with 60 lbs. Did a set of each and took a break x 4 Legs/Glutes 4x15 Leg Extensions with 70 lbs 4x15 Seated Calf Raise with 70 lbs 4x10 Squats with 180 lbs 4x10 Lunges with 90 lbs 10 each side alternating The End.
