Last set. Bit of swing but I love these heavy compounds. Sweat like no tomorrow and really gets the core and legs to work stabilizing the body. Yes I do work with form but I went all out on the last working sets of todays back sesh only hitting 6 reps on the last set of every exercise so the form was a bit out on this one. I love trying new things and I found this the best for strength for me... Were all different so find what works best for you. ✌
