Last time saying this about the situation. Ravens organization knew the same exact thing as everyone else did. Police did NOT send the video to the Ravens, but they did send it to an NFL staff memeber. So do your research before you start blaming everyone. Fyi, an example would be the hernandez incident. Patriots let him practice and even be on the training facility UNTIL he was arrested at his house. Every organization waits to see how the situation unfolds with the law unless what that player did went against the player agreement. Ravens organization did everything they could of and they did the right thing cutting him when they did.
