Last week I was sitting in my van at Southampton waiting to get on the 04:15 sailing, when the girl checking the tickets said there was a problem with my ticket, she said it had already been used earlier in the day, so she went off and checked it twice and it had definitely been used by another vehicle, Red Funnels response to this little problem was to wave us onto the boat so we could get home the ticket girl at the port said to give the office a ring in the morning in case someone was using my account no fuss no hassle I rang Red Funnel in the morning and it took 5 minutes to sort out they looked at the photos taken at Cowes, When I checked in their camera picked up the number plate of the car in front and missed my number plate the car returned back to the island early evening hence the confusion, well done Red Funnel.... Wight Link take note thats what you call customer service...........
