But were already fighting this lawsuit in the court of public opinion. Last Friday night—just as Gov. Jindal took the stage at a conservative event in New Hampshire to establish himself as a presidential contender—MoveOn members greeted him on the ground, while we flew an airplane above him in the sky, with a clear message: Stop denying 242,000 Louisianans health care. The above is from an email I got from Moveon.org. The GOP needs to learn that a statement, if true, isnt libelous, and this billboard calling Bobby Jindal out is perfectly legal. Help Moveon.org out defending this suit that is pending, I already did. If you are a Progressive or a conservative, Democrat or Libertarian, or any of the other members of the US political spectrum, its time to let the GOP know in no uncertain terms that this is a First Amendment issue and were not going to tolerate them trying to subvert the First via the courts.
