Last week, as the New York Times explains, the US Supreme Court issued another opinion favoring corporate interests at the expenses of small businesses and consumers. Lieff Cabraser lawyer Jonathan Selbin stated to Law360: "The opinion elevates procedure over substance to the extreme. . . But we will not be deterred. We will continue to find ways to protect consumers and small businesses who have been harmed by large corporations, be it in litigation or arbitration."
