Last week had its ups and downs. Tests on my thyroid came back clear but a routine eye examine found some new problems due to my stroke in March. It seems my vision was also damaged very slightly, with a blind spots in both eyes and the peripheral vision in my left eye diminished noticeably. No sign of hypertension or diabetic problems, which is good. I can still drive, shoot, etc, but had a feeling my eye sight was not working like it should. Moral of the story: get you eyes checked every year, especially if you have diabetes, high blood pressure or major health problems!
