Last week saw 1 R IRISH conducting its readiness exercise, EX READY RANGER. This takes place twice a year and sees the Bn complete all its annual training. The highlight of the week was on the range conducting the Annual Combat Marksman Training, and with the addition of the new Lightweight Day Sight, the percentage of marksmen is higher than ever. This week has also seen the Bn Rugby team travelling to Camberley to play RMAS, and despite being defeated, spirits are high as the team attempts to recreate the blistering season they had last year.
