Last week we told you that a few animals were going to get haircuts! Jake the Jacob sheep (black and white) and Bubba the Dorset Sheep (all white) were sheared last Friday. Here are some pictures of the process and the boys showing off their sleek new haircuts afterward. What do we do with the trimmed wool? We use it as enrichment for the other animals of course! It is especially enriching for our big cats who like to smell and rub themselves against it!
