Last year I decided to participate in a 10km mud trail run - TopicsExpress

Last year I decided to participate in a 10km mud trail run called The Pain Barrier in order to get my lazy back side back in the gym. I did this and i completed the run a few days ago (2nd Novemebr 2013). It was difficult but i found that whilst i was tackling the numerous obsticles, I was also pushing my mental strength to its limits; something that ive not done for a very long time. So ive decided to push those limits even further and embark on something I never thought id be doing. Im going to call this Aarons Super Six (a little cheesy but by no means easy). In 2014 i am going to compete in 6 Runs, 4X 10km Mud Trails, 1x 10km road race and 1x 12 mile hardcore obsticle course. The first run will start in February 2014 and the last in November 2014. Here are a list of the runs ill be completing in: •16/02/2014 - Calder Vale Muddy Shoes (Garstang) - 10km •13/04/2014 - The Witches Revenge (Lancaster) - 10km •18/05/2014 - Bupa Great Manchester Run - 10km •02/08/2014 - Total Warrior (Lake District) - 10km •13/09/2014 - Tough Mudder North West - 12 Miles •Date TBC - The Pain Barrier (Leeds) - 10km For some people this may seem easy but im guessing for the majority it looks pretty awful. Its going to take a lot of dedication and committment over the next coming year, but I feel that I am more than capable of completing this. The charity i have chosen to raise money for is a charity that is close to my heart. Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is one of the UKs most common life-threatening inherited diseases. Take a look at my page and hopfully you can donate towards this good cause or even jump on one of the runs im doing. uk.virginmoneygiving/AaronsSuper6
