Last year....beautiful Avery Grace. But this day 2 years ago was amazing and gut wrenching all in one. I got to cradle RaeLee in my hands for a few minutes and rub her palm, but i also was released from the hospital empty handed. You dream of that moment that you are discharged, being wheeled out in a wheelchair maybe some balloons, and that big fat beautiful baby in your arms. I didnt get that. Thankfully i was lucky enough to experience it with Avery less than a year later. Lol
